Sweet N Sour Portobella Delight

1/2 large Yellow Bell Peppers 1/2 large Green Bell Peppers 1/2 Large Red Bell PepperCanola No Stick Cooking Spray,1/4 cup CannedPineapple 6oz. Portobella Mushrooms1/4 cup Banana Peppers4 tbsp Kraft Sweet and Sour Sauce1 small Yellow Onions 1.5 Serving Fit & Active Turkey Meatballs3 tbsp Fresh Parsley (minced)
Cut red, yellow and green peppers into med. strips.
Cut onion in half and slice into medium slices
Cover bottom of large skillet with Non Stick spray until white and foamy and add Turkey meatballs. Cook on low heat turning frequently until completely browned on outside and thawed inside.
Remove turkey meatballs from skillet and replace with mushrooms, peppers (all), pinapples, and onions. (Respray skillet with no stick cooking oil if neccessary) Sautee on medium heat until mushrooms are tender.
Remove from heat. Add meatballs and sweet and sour sauce while still in skillet.
Toss with parsely before serving.
**Sweet and Sour sauce can also be subsituted with Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch
