Spinach-Walnut-Citrus-Grape Salad

Ingredients
4 cups Baby Spinach, fresh1/2 cup Walnuts halves, raw or pan roasted1/2 Orange, cut into segments1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved2 green onions, chopped***dressing***1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp white wine Vinegar1 tsp Honeydash of cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine dressing ingredients; mix well. Toss spinach with dressing. Arrange orange & grapes on top, garnish with walnuts & green onions.

This salad is excellent topped with chilled roasted shrimp.
