Kroger 3 Pepper and Onion Blend (Recipe Beginnings), 8 cup Chicken breast, poached, 12 ozKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 7 tbspAldi Minced Garlic, 8 tsp VEGETABLE OIL COOKING SPRAY, KROGER ( 1/3 SEC SPRAY=1 SRVG),
Add just enough oil spray to keep the pepper and onion blend from sticking to the pan. Add the peppers to the pan and the poached chicken (you should chunk the chicken). Add the garlic and the soy sauce and cook till the food is warm (I prefer hot) and serve.
