Debra's Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 chicken breast cooked & diced1 medium tomato, seeded & diced1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup each chopped red, yellow, orange, red bell peppers3 tablespoons plain non fat yogurt1/2 or more jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced1 tablespoon each cilantro & lime juice2 cups shredded romaine lettuce1 corn tortilla, toasted & cut in half
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce & tortilla, mix well. Place lettuce on serving plate; spoon chicken mixture onto center & serve with toasted corn tortilla. Chicken salad & lettuce is also tasty in a whole wheat wrap.
