Quindim (Brazilian Coconut Dessert)

Ingredients
10 egg yolks200 grams of sugar200 ml of coconut milk (I found the brand DuCoco at my local supermarket)150 grams of coconut flakesbutter to grease the pansugar to grease the pan
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together.

Use some butter to grease the pan and then sprinkle it with sugar.

Fill each cup with the mixture and cook in a water bath for 30 to 45 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. You can do the toothpick test and if it is done but the tops aren't browned, use the broiler for a couple of minutes.

Let it cool enough to handle and use a knife to get them out.
They will have a slightly gelatinous top and a crunchy bottom.

Serve as a dessert.
