Chicken Salad with Grapes & Almonds

Ingredients
12 oz Chicken Breast skinless, cooked & cubedI Cup Red Grapes, halved1 Cup Celery, chopped2 Tbl Kraft Mayo Light2 oz Almonds Slivers, toasted1 tsp saltLemon Juice to taste
Directions
Cook chicken by poaching, grilling, etc. Cool, then cut into bite size pieces. Wash and cut grapes & celery. Toast almonds in skillet or oven until lightly browned. Cool. Mix chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise in large bowl until well blended. Season to taste. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.

    Great! I made this with leftover crockpot chicken, did not add the salt. Used Olive Oil Kraft Mayo and added some flax seed for a bit of extra health. My husband never knew the flax was added. - 3/16/12
