Ingredients
Kidney beans, 225 gramsTomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Green Bell Peppers, 150 gramsParsley, 5 sprigs Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Hot Chili Peppers, 0.5 pepper *Balsamic Vinegar, 2.5 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove fint chopped onion 1 small
Directions
Remove the fluids from the bean, and rinse them with cold water.. Cut the tomatos, pepper and onions. Mix the beans, tomatoer, onions, pepperfruit, parsley and chili in a bowl.. Beat the oil and vinegar together and add garlic + salt and pepper are optional...
Pour dressing over salad and mix well in to salad
