Ingredients
lean ground beefdiced tomatoschopped onionchopped green bell pepperchili powderground cumingarlic powderground pepper, saltoreganosugarcayenne pepperred kidney beans
Directions
1. Brown meat
2. Add onions and pepper while meat is almost all browned
3. Add spices
4. Add diced tomatos
5. Drain/rinse beans and add to meat
6. Mix everything together and smmer for at least 90 min.
