Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger1/2 C. Dry Oatmeal1 Egg3/4 C. MilkSalt, Pepper, and onion salt to taste
Directions
Mix hamburger, oatmeal, egg, salt, pepper, and onion salt together. Roll into 12 balls. Place on a broiler pan until brown.

In a large sauce pan, add milk and cream of mushroom. Mix well and add meatballs. Simmer for 20 minutes.

4 servings (3 meatballs per serving)

Serve over whole wheat egg yolk noodles.
