Southwest Fiesta Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. chicken diced and cooked4 tsp. taco seasoning1 can of black beans rinsed and drained1 small can of mexicornfritosranch dressingromaine lettuceshredded cheese
Directions
Dice and cook chicken in skillet. Add taco seasoning and stir. Add corn and beans to chicken until heated well.(10 min) In a dinner bowl, lay out as much lettuce as you would like. Add chicken on top of lettuce. You can garnish with shredded cheese, fritos, and ranch dressing. (Cheese, ranch, and fritos are not included into the nutritional info.)
