Sweet Curry Tuna Salad

Chicken of the Sea Solid White Tuna in Water, 2 cans drainedHard Boiled Egg, 1 large Hard Boiled Egg white, 2 serving Sweet Pickles, .5 cup, chopped Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 5 tbsp 1/2 tsp curry powderpinch of salt
Hard boil eggs, then chop.
Chop sweet pickles.
Combine all ingredints and store in refrigerator. Makes a great sandwich, or serve with crackers.
I used light mayonnaise, but fat free would reduce the amount of calories. Feel free to remove the yolk from all three eggs if you want to remove even more calories. Also, if you don't have sweet pickles, pickle relish would work just fine.
