Ingredients

1 T olive oil2 C. chop onion1 C. chop celery6 cloves garlic2 C. carrots2 C. summer squash2 C. green beans2 C. cabbage2 blocks vegetable bouillon8 cups water
Saute' the onion, celery and garlic in the olive oil. When onion is clear add water, carrots and bouillon. Cook simmering until carrots are crisp tender then add squash, green beans and cook until they are crisp tender. Add cabbage and cook for 5 or 10 minutes more until it is crisp tender.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
