Creamy Chicken Florentine Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box of whole wheat lasagna noodles2 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes1 bag prepared spinach1 can diced tomatoes(I use the garlic and oregano kind)8 oz fat free feta cheese1 cup skim milk8 oz fat free cream cheese8 table spoons low fat garden vegetable cream cheese6 table spoons reduced fat Parmesan cheese1 serving shredded mozzerella2 table spoons light margerinesalt, pepper, garlic to taste
Directions
First you need to prepare all ingrediants. Make the noodles according to their package.

Dice the chicken into small bite sized cubes and saute in pan

Chop spinach into small pieces

In a sauce pan combine cream cheeses and margarine until melted together, whisk in milk and Parmesan cheese. pull off heat. This will thicken as it stands

In a lasagna dish layer noodles, sauce, chicken, spinach, feta and tomatoes in even amounts. Sprinkle mozzerella on top of final layer and bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

Cut into 12 even peices
