2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp Oil1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Garlic Clove (pressed)1/4 tsp Pepper (fresh ground)1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin (scored 1/4 inch deep every 2 inches)
Preheat broiler and broiler pan. In bowl, blend all ingredients except tenderloin. Brush half of the marinade on the pork. Let stand for 10 minutes. Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 8-10 minutes. Brush with remaining marinade. Turn pork over and broil for 8-10 minutes more. If the meat is not done the way you like, then flip the meat again for a few more minutes on both sides. Slice thin.
