* Garlic, 0.5 tsp (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove) * Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * *zuccini - Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
melt coconut oil, add onions first fry a little first then add all other ingredients. The spice I used was no salt garlic and herb Seasoning by MCCormick and a bit of pepper. I used lobster or crab instead of chicken Mmm Good
