Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground pork2 c. chopped onion5 minced garlic cloves1 t. salt1/4 t. black pepper16 oz. tomato sauce, no salt added1 c. water1/2 c. uncooked white rice6-8 cups shredded cabbage
Directions
Brown meat until no longer pink. Drain. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to light boil, add rice and simmer 10 minutes.

Coat a deep casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer cabbage, meat mixture, cabbage, meat mixture.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Carefully remove foil. Serve.
