Chicken Avacado Sandwich

Ingredients
1 tsp canola oil2 corn tortillas (6" diameter)1/4 avocado sliced1 ounce thinly sliced cooked skinless chicken breast1 left lettuce, cut into shreds2 tsp store-bought salsa2 tsp minced fresh cilantroMufa: Avocado
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned (they will become crisp as they cool.
2. Transfer the tortillas to a work surface. Place the avocado on 1 tortilla. Top with the chicken, lettuce, salsa, cilantro and remaining tortilla. With a serrated knife, cut into 2 half-moons.
