Baked Falafel

Ingredients
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 567 grams * Garlic, 5 clove * Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp * Onions, raw, 2 small * Baking Powder, .5 tsp * *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 0.125 cup * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Save for the olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use the olive oil to coat the inside of muffin pans.
Fill muffin pans about 3/4 full, and pat down.
Bake 30- 40 min or so until done .
It should get a little crisp on top and be easy to take out of muffin tins.
