Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients
2 cans 98% fat free cream of celery soup2 cans cream of potato soup1 pint fat-free half and half3 cups 1% milk2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning2 cans lump crabmeat (6 oz. each)4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
Directions
In crock pot, combine all ingredients except raw potatoes. Cook potatoes separately on stove until semi-tender, then add to soup mixture in crock pot. Cook on low for approximately 2 hours or until heated through. Do not cook too quickly or the milk will "break" and the soup will lose its creaminess.
