Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 2 large Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Half and Half Cream, 1 tbsp Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
Directions
1. Mix bananas, eggs, applesauce and sugar
2. In a separate bowl, mix half and half and baking soda-stir into banana mixture. Add dash of salt.
3. Stir in Blueberries (can still be a little frozen)
4. Pour into muffin tins lightly sprayed with Pam.
5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
