Betty Crocker Plain Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg3/4 cup milk1/2 cup vegetable oil2 cups flour1/3 cup sugar3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg and add oil and milk mixing to combine. Stir together dry ingredients and add all at once to liquid ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Mixture will be lumpy. Grease bottoms only of muffin tins and fill each cup about half way. Makes about 10-12 muffins
