Quick Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skin and bones removed1 16 oz. container light sour cream1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup20 baby carrots (or choose another veggie)
Directions
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange chicken, whole, sliced, or cubed, in bottom of dish. Pour Veggies on top of chicken.

Mix together soup and sour cream. Pour over veggies.

Bake in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve over pasta or brown rice.
