crockpot steel cut oats

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats2 cup light vanilla soy milk2 cups water
Directions
add all ingredients to crockpot cook on low for 8 hrs or less

serving size 1 cup
serve with 1 packet no cal sweetener and a dash of Cinnamon
I also like to add 1/4 cup blueberries or a tablespoon peanut butter
