Low Fat Apple Cake

2 550g cans Apple Pie Filling (no added sugar)3 Tblsp Honey2 large eggs1/4 cup of unpacked brown sugar1 cup of self raising flour2 tsp of cinnamon
Place one of the cans of apple pie filling in a 8" x 4" baking dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apple and some of the brown sugar.
Whisk the eggs together with the remainder of the sugar in a large bowl. Place other can of apple in the microwave with honey for 2 minutes. When cooked mash. Stir apple mix into the egg mix. Fold in flour.
Pour mixture over the apple in the dish. Bake on 180C for 40mins or until skewer comes out clean.
serve with a little milk Yum!!!
