Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 cup fat free milk¼ cup unsweetened applesauce2 tablespoons canola oil ½ teaspoon vanilla2 egg whites or 1 egg2 cups whole wheat flower1/3 cup sugar3 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt1 cup blueberries2 scoops pf whey & soy protein
Directions
Preparation:

1. – Heat Oven to 400F.

2. – Mix milk, apple sauce, oil, vanilla and egg whites in a bowl with wire whisk. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, using spoon, just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).

3. – Stir in Blueberries

4. – Divide evenly batter among muffin cups

5. – Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
