1 lb. thinly sliced chicken tenderloins 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs mixed with 2tbs. grated parmesan cheese3 egg whites mixed well with 1/4 cup 1% milk
Cut chicken thin as possible. Cut into cutlet size or tender size pieces. Place in egg/milk mixure then coat with bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet that has been srayed with olive oil sray. Bake in 450 oven for 20 mins. Turn halfway through.
