Caleb's Egg-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter (room temp)1/3 sugar1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar1 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbs. vegetable oil2 Tbs. water1 6 oz. Ghiradelli semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a lg. bowl, with a mixer, cream butter & sugars til fluffy (approx. 2 minutes). Slowly sift in flour & baking soda. Add vanilla, water & oil & mix until completely combined).
drop on ungreased cookie sheet & bake for 8-10 minutes.
