Low fat Strawberry Poppy seed salad

Ingredients
Dressing:Kraft Fat Free Mayo (1/2 cup)8 packets of Tru Via (stevia)1/2 cup skim milkVinegar 2 tbsppoppy Seed 2 tbspSalad:Strawberries 1 pint10 oz package of spinach10 oz package of Romaine mixed greens1 medium red onion sliced1/4 cup of slivered almonds (or any nut of preference..walnuts, pecans etc)
Directions

Mix dressing & toss with salad. Chill for 2 hours prior to serving. Add less dressing for less calories. :)

    I made this today and found that the dressing was too thin. I would decrease the 1/2 cup of milk to 1/4 cup next time. Very good salad. - 5/9/10
