All Natural Microwave Mini Cakes

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder1/3 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup butter, melted1 tbsp 2% milk1 eggsplash of vanilla3 Tbsp Honey
Directions
Mix flour and cocoa powder. Mix wet ingredients together. Stir all together and pour into 4 sprayed 1/2 cup ramekins or microwaveable tea cups. Microwave 2 minutes. Run a knife around the edge and turn onto a plate.

Wonderful with a scoop of Breyer's natural vanilla and some strawberry or raspberry sauce, but those calories aren't included here.
