Butter Beans

Ingredients
One pound of large lima beans, dry10 cups water for soaking1 tsp salt2 Tbl margarine5 cup water for cooking
Directions
Soak the lima beans in 10 cups of cold water overnight. Drain completely. Place in a cooking pot and add margarine and 5 cups of fresh water. Cook for 40 minutes. Add salt. Cook an additional 10 minutes until soft.
