Egg, fresh, 1 eggHalf and Half Cream, 3 tbspSplenda, 2 tbspCanola Oil, 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour, 3 tbspMax Protein Powder, chocolate, 1 scoop
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a microwavable bowl or mug. Microwave until spongy like a cake. In my low-power microwave, it takes 3 minutes.
