Badger's Asian Style fish stew

Ingredients
1 qrt Vegetable broth (low sodium)2 medium carrots – grated 1/2 cup diakon radish – grated 6 mushrooms – sliced1 bottle clam juice1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce1 tbs Thai fish sauce¼ cup rice wine vinegarVietnamese hot chili paste to taste (I use about a tablespoon)8 oz firm white fish cut into cubes (Mahi-mahi, cod or snapper)1 lb fresh clamsHand full of fresh cilantro - chopped 1 fresh lime
Directions
Add first 8 ingredients to large pot and bring to a boil

Add fish, clams and cilantro
When clams open remove from heat
Serve with squeeze of fresh lime

Makes 6 servings
my wife and I will eat 3 servings each as a main course
