Ham'n'Cheese Egg Bake

1-1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese1-1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms6 Green Onions1 Medium red pepper2 Tdls. Butter1-3/4 Cups Cooked Ham1/4 Cup Flour8 Eggs1-3/4 Cups MilkSalt and pepper to Taste
Combine the cheeses; sprinkle into a greased 13-in.x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and red peppers in butter; stir in ham. Spoon over the cheese. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ham mixture; cover and refigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake,uncovered, at 350* for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 8-10 servings
