Easy Ground Beef Skillet

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion2 cloves minced garlic1.5 lbs lean ground beef2 Tbsp flour1 cup non-fat milk1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground sage3/4 tsp salt10 oz bag frozen mixed veggies (I use peppers, peas, broccoli)4 oz frozen corn
Directions
Heat skillet and saute about 2 oz. of ground beef along with the onions and garlic until onions are brown.
Add the rest of the ground beef and cook until browned.
Sprinkle flour evenly over mixture in pan and stir well.
Add milk in small amounts, stirring well each time.
Add cumin, sage and salt
Add frozen veggies and continue to cook for a few minutes more (until desired tenderness).

Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings.
