Ingredients
1.5 cups Pork Shoulder, chopped or shredded12 white corn Tortillas,1/2 cup finely chopped onions1 small bunch of Cilantro, raw, chopped1-2 Limes, cut into wedgesGarnish with sliced Radishes, Avacado, & diced fresh Tomatoes
Directions
Brown meat with salt, pepper and cumin (as much as desired).

Warm tortillas; and top with meat, cilantro and onions. Serve with squeeze of lime, and garnish.

Serving size is 2 tacos.
(Each taco uses 2 tortillas)
