Ingredients
1 cup fresh unsalted, dry roasted peanuts1/3 cup of water2 cloves of minced garlic1/2 tsp braggs liquid aminos2 tsp sesame oil2 Tbsp brown sugar2 tsp fish sauce2 tsp fresh lime juice1/2 - 1 tsp Thai chili sauce1/3 cup coconut milk
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth....Serve warm or at room temperature.
