    I don't always have the exact ingredients on hand, so ... I made this with about 1 L (or quart) unsweetened coconut milk "beverage", a can of crushed pineapple with the juice, about two scoops of whey powder and a splash (1/4 c) of maple syrup. I should patent it and bottle it, it's amazing! ;) - 8/30/13

    Made this with 1/2 C of Coconut milk and 1/2 c of vanilla almond milk instead of the 1 c of milk. Might try it with the coconut extract next time. - 4/6/11
