Tuna on Greens with Balsamic Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
3 oz. chunk light tuna in water (canned)0.1 cup crumbled bleu cheese1.5 tblsp balsamic vinegar2 cups mixed salad greens0.25 cup cucumber slices (with peel)
Directions
Makes one large plate of salad, suitable for a hearty lunch or decent dinner portion. Place mixed salad greens and cucumbers on plate. Top with tuna. Toss bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar in a small container together, then pour over greens and cucumber. May wish to garnish with chopped onion and ground black pepper to taste.
