Ingredients
2 slices Trader Joe's Pagnatta Bread, or any other white bread 2 Tb. Cream Cheese, whipped1 roasted red pepper (from a jar)2 slices turkey breast
Directions
Spread cream cheese on 2 slices bread. Layer roasted red pepper and turkey breast on bread. Put sandwich together and grill on George Foreman grill for 3 minutes or toast on the stove.
