Ingredients
Zucchini, 2 cup, slicedMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slicesOlive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 2 cloves (minced)Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Warm Olive Oil in skillet over Medium-Low heat.
Add Garlic, and Saute unitl Fragrant.
Add Zucchini and cook until softened.
Add Mushrooms, and cook until softened.
