Ingredients
4 hard boiled egg white2 hard boiled egg1/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt1 TBSP dijon mustard2 TBSP capers, drained
Directions
Makes 3 good-sized sandwiches or 2 large. Nutrition info is for filling for 3 sandwiches (no toppings or bread).

Hard boil the eggs, discard the yolk from four of the eggs. Chop or grate the eggs, add all other ingredients and mix well.
