Creamy & Light Coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups cabbage, shredded1/4 cup carrots, shredded3 scallions, chopped1/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/4 cup skim milk1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt1/4 cup reduced-fat Sour Cream1 1/2 Tbl. Cider Vinegar3 Tbl. Lemon Juice
Directions
In a large bowl non-metallic mix together shredded cabbage, shredded carrots and chopped scallions. Set aside. In a small non-metallic bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together with a whisk until well blended and creamy. Add the creamy dressing ingredients to the shredded vegetables and mix well, until vegetables are covered. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir before serving.
