Skillet Cabbage with Bacon

Ingredients
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped 4 slices bacon1/4 cup water
Directions
Remove core from cabbage and chop in bite size strips. Cut bacon in 1" squares and fry in a skillet that you can cover later. Do not drain the bacon. There's not a lot of fat left, if bacon is crispy. Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and the water. Stir occasionally. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
