WW Crock pot Polenta Lasagna

3/4 # Italian Turkey Sausage1 - 8 oz package sliced mushrooms1 24 oz. jar of fat-free Marinara sauce1 10 oz package of spinach frozen1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese1 zucchini sliced very thin3/4 cup of fat free Mozzarella Cheese1/4 cup of grated Parmeasan cheese
saute sausage out of casings and broken up
saute mushrooms
slice polenta into 18 thin slices
squeese thawed spinach
Layer 1: 1/3 cup of sauce
Layer 2: six slices of polenta (they will not cover entire bottom of crock pot
HALF OF THE FOLLOWING
Layer 3: Mushrooms
Layer 4: Spianch
Layer 5: ricotta
Layer 6: sausage
Layer 7: zucchini
Layer 8: 1 cup of sauce
REPEAT LAYERS
Top with remaining 6 polenta slices and cover with remainder of the sauce.
After cooking for 3-5 hours on high or 6-8 hrs on low.
Sprinkle chesses over the top and let sit for 30 minutes.
