Teriyaki Shirataki Chow Mein

Ingredients
.25 large red onion choppped1 tsp garlic4 oz sliced mushrooms.25 head cabbage (about 1.5 cups chopped)3 tbsp Kikoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce1 tsp ground ginger1 package Tofu Shirataki spaghetti noodle substitute (8 oz)
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in a large non-stick pan. Drain and rinse shirataki, microwave 2 minutes, pat noodles dry. Add mushrooms, cabbage, about half of sauce, and ginger. Cook down until veggies are soft. Toss noodles and the rest of the sauce in skillet. Allow to cook together for about 5 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
