Ingredients
bag hashbrowns frozenone 2c bag cheese2egg 4 egg whites2c milk salt pepper and some mustard powder
Directions
mix togather eggs and milk and seasoning add hashbrowns and cheese leave in fridge over night and throw in oven at 400 for 45 minutes to a hour until set and starting the bubble and brown on top :) It is great.
