Hummus

Ingredients
1 (15.5) can Garbanzo Beans4 tsp tahini or natural peanut butter1 T fresh lemon juice1 tsp grated lemon rind1 t minced garlic1/2 t cumin1/8 t saltDrain and rinse beans reserving 1/3 of the liquid. Combine all ingred in food processor except liquid. With the processor running, gradually add the reserved liquid until smooth. Makes 13--2 T servings.
