Quick Oats w/ Dried Fruit & Chopped Nuts

Ingredients
1 C Dry Instant or Quick Oats1/2 C Dried Fruit (Golden Raisins)1/4 C Chopped Nuts (Almonds), approximately 1 oz.2 to 1 1/4 C Water, for cooking
Directions
1. Boil water.
2. Add oats and fruit, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add chopped nuts, cook until water is reduced.

Makes 4 servings, about 2 C total.
