Mommom's Cool Summer Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
One Bunch of Fresh Broccoli3 cloves of fresh garlic1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil1 Tablespoon of Wine Vinegar or Balsamic1/2 to 1 Fresh Lemon
Directions
Stand the broccoli bunch in a pot, stalk down, with an inch of water (if you have a strainer that you can place in the bottom of your pot, that is optimal). Sprinkle with a little salt. Place on stove on high for 15 minutes. Remove the broccoli and let cool so that you can remove each stalk individually from the bunch. Lay each stalk on a platter layering flower up and stalk down until your platter is full. sprinkle minced garlic ,olive oil and vinegar over broccoli and squeeze fresh lemon over. Put in fridge to chill and then serve as a delightful veggie to serve with any meal!
