Steamed/Baked Chicken With Potatos, Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 medium potatos2 cups frozen onion and pepper mix
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350-370 degreese

2. line oven safe pan with foil both lenght and width so that a pouch can be formed.

3. Cut potatoes into small chuncks, or slices (peal or leave skin on) and place in foil

4. Add 2 cups of the onion and pepper mix

5. Add chicken (either cut into strips or chunks)

6. Season to taste.

7. Fold and pinch all sides of the foil to seal the pouch.

8. Place into oven for 45-90 mins depending on your oven
